Orford House

Orford House will be a purpose built student accomodation scheme proposed in the heart of Norwich City Centre.  Located where the fromer Debenhams store sat the new Residential block will offer student accomodation and a retail offer to the site.

We have provided visualisation sevices for this site for the best part of two years on and off.  Working closely with the Architects from initial concept design to final final design for planning.

Planning photomontage images have been produced, from 15 locations around the city along with drone montage to eye level marketing shots.

At time of writing the scheme is currently in for planning so fingers crossed for the team that they get it over the line.
