Marine Point is a major mixed use regeneration development on the North Wirral Coast
The Scheme will include a Morrisons Supermarket, 66 Bed Travelodge Hotel, 1000 seat The Light Digital Cinema along with flexible retail space. There will also be a standalone Leisure building which is built over two floors, with a heated External open air Lido.
The Scheme has also involved the redevelopment of the highly acclaimed Floral Pavilion Theatre and Conference Centre.
